With over 20 years of industry experience, Kirsty began her hair journey in England at just 15 years old. A true artist in her craft, she is renowned for her ability to create personalised, stylish looks that reflect each client’s individuality. Since opening KMT in 2013, Kirsty has cultivated a warm and welcoming salon culture focused on exceptional service, professional care, and transformative results. As a passionate blonde specialist, she is dedicated to ensuring every client leaves feeling confident, radiant, and completely themselves.
Troy, the salon’s progressive and forward-thinking Director, brings a visionary mindset to every aspect of KMT Hair Artistry. The driving force behind the salon’s continuous innovation and environmental reform, he leads with purpose, integrity, and a deep commitment to the future of sustainable hairdressing. As the architect of KMT’s “Going Green”policy, Troy ensures that luxury, functionality, and ethical responsibility are at the forefront of everything the salon delivers—behind the scenes and beyond.

Kirsty Tuke
Founder/Principal Colourist & Stylist
Since opening the doors of KMT Hair Artistry in 2013, Kirsty has been the heart of the salon’s welcoming and professional atmosphere. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every client feels truly seen, valued, and confident from the moment they step into the salon.
A passionate blonde specialist, Kirsty is known for her ability to create radiant, healthy blondes that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the integrity of the hair. Her technical expertise, paired with a warm, intuitive approach, guarantees that every appointment is tailored with care, precision, and creativity.

Kelly Lynch
Colour Technician / Emerging Stylist
Specialising in lived-in blondes and balayage
Kelly began her hairdressing journey at KMT Hair Artistry in 2023, and in just two short years, she has quickly grown into one of our most accomplished apprentices to date. Now stepping into her role as a Colour Technician and Emerging Stylist, Kelly consistently demonstrates a level of talent, dedication, and creativity well beyond her years.
With a passion for lived-in blondes and balayage, Kelly brings an intuitive eye and technical precision to every colour service. Her natural flair, combined with a genuine desire to make each guest feel seen and confident, ensures a personalised experience every time.
Driven, warm, and always eager to learn, Kelly goes above and beyond to make sure her clients leave the salon feeling refreshed, radiant, and truly cared for. A rising star in the industry, her future is undeniably bright and we are incredibly proud to have her as a valued and inspiring member of the KMT Hair Artistry team.
Lara Bowtell
Junior Colourist / Stylist
Specialising in Mr Smith Luxury Spa Treatments
Lara is the newest and brightest addition to the KMT Hair Artistry team, bringing a fresh wave of energy, passion, and creativity to our salon. Officially beginning her apprenticeship in October 2024, she has already begun to make her mark—showcasing a natural flair for colour and styling, along with an impressive attention to detail.
Lara is also a specialist in our Mr Smith Luxury Spa Treatments, currently undertaking advanced training through the Mr Smith Ambassador Program. Her ability to deliver deeply relaxing, personalised scalp and spa massages has already made her a favourite with clients seeking a rejuvenating, sensory experience.
With a genuine love for learning and a drive to continually grow, Lara embraces every opportunity to refine her skills and elevate the guest experience. Her dedication, warmth, and talent ensure that every client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and beautifully refreshed.
