With 23 years of experience in the hair industry, Kirsty is the founder and creative force behind KMT Hair Artistry. A passionate blonde specialist with a L’Oréal Colour Degree, she combines extensive technical knowledge with a love for creating beautiful, personalised colour.
Kirsty is dedicated to exceptional hair, ongoing education and creating a salon where both clients and the next generation of hair artists can thrive.

As Co-Founder of KMT Hair Artistry, Troy plays an integral role in the business, overseeing HR, supporting the team and helping bring the vision of KMT to life. While you may not always see him on the salon floor, his work behind the scenes helps create the structure and support that allows our team to do what they do best.

UK trained and passionate about beautiful, effortless colour, Poppy brings a refined eye for detail and a love of natural-looking transformations to KMT Hair Artistry.
As Salon Manager, she combines her creative expertise with strong leadership, supporting both clients and the KMT team. Poppy specialises in lived-in balayage, creating soft, dimensional colour designed to grow out beautifully and suit each client's individual style.

Trained by Kirsty herself, Kelly has developed a true passion for hairdressing and a genuine love for her craft. Her enthusiasm for hair is second to none, and she brings warmth, creativity and dedication to every client.
Kelly especially loves all things styling and thrives on creating beautiful, finished looks. Always eager to learn and expand her knowledge, she is constantly developing her skills and embracing new techniques to grow as a stylist.
As Assistant Salon Manager, Kelly also plays an important role in supporting the KMT team and helping nurture the next generation of hair artists.

Rand specialises in weft and tape hair extensions, creating seamless transformations tailored to each client's individual hair and desired look. She also has a passion for styling and loves bringing a finished look together.
Alongside her work at KMT Hair Artistry, Rand is continuing her studies in hairdressing as she works towards completing her Certificate III. Her dedication to learning and developing her skills reflects her passion for building a long-term career in the industry.

Lara is a talented emerging stylist who has developed her skills and confidence within the salon through ongoing mentoring and training from Kirsty and Poppy.
Alongside her work at KMT Hair Artistry, Lara is completing her Certificate III in Hairdressing, continuing to build her technical knowledge and experience as she works towards becoming a qualified stylist.
Passionate about learning and growing within the industry, Lara is excited to continue developing her skills and creating beautiful hair for her clients.

Passionate about learning, Emma is building her confidence across all areas of hairdressing while working towards becoming a qualified stylist. She is excited to continue growing her skills and creating beautiful experiences for her clients.

With a genuine passion for learning and developing her craft, Chanaye is gaining valuable hands-on experience within the salon. She is building her confidence, knowledge and technical skills as she takes the next step towards becoming a qualified hairdresser.
